Hidden roles, no moderator. Play the classic hidden-role party game (werewolves among villagers, also known as Mafia) with 5-12 friends, with the server as the narrator so nobody has to sit out to moderate.

How a game runs
One person asks ChatGPT to start a game and gets a 4-letter code. Friends join from their own ChatGPT chat ("join Werewolf game ABCD as Sam") or from games-worker.demos.42a.ai/werewolf/play on their phone. Each card updates live.

- Deals secret roles: werewolves, a Seer, a Doctor and villagers for 5-12 players
- Runs the night: wolves agree on a victim, the Seer reads, the Doctor guards
- Announces dawn with the role of the dead, or a save without naming who
- Day votes with live tallies, skip, ties and a discussion timer
- Ghost view for the dead and a full reveal with night-by-night history
- Players join from ChatGPT or any phone browser with a 4-letter code
